Chandrodaya Temple Vrindavan

In the Indian city of Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, the Chandrodaya Temple, also known as the “Temple of the Rising Moon,” is an intended Hindu temple that is currently being built. The temple is devoted to Lord Krishna, who is thought to have lived in Vrindavan during his formative years.

On a 62-acre site, the Chandrodaya Temple is being constructed. At 700 feet (213 meters), it will be the world’s tallest temple. A viewing gallery at the top of the temple’s 70 floors will provide a bird’s-eye view of Vrindavan and the surrounding area.

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) started building the temple in 2014 and is currently finishing it. The temple will be constructed using conventional Indian architectural designs and will have a number of features, such as a meditation garden, a museum dedicated to Vedic cosmology, and a museum dedicated to the history of Krishna.

Millions of people are anticipated to visit the Chandrodaya Temple annually once it is finished in 2024.
