Dan Bihari Temple
One of Barsana’s oldest temples, Dan Bihari Temple, is said to be 800 years old or older. Its structure and design unquestionably reveal this fact. Like many of the temples in Uttar Pradesh, its name is tied to an intriguing mythological story.
Story Behind Dan Bihari Mandir
In Sanskrit, the word “Dan” denotes a donation, whereas the term “Bihari” is a loving way to refer to Lord Krishna. According to legend, a poor Brahmin once struggled to raise the funds needed for his daughter’s marriage. As he grieved, he thought of Krishna. Lord Krishna, moved by the suffering of the poor man, organised the gold equivalent of Radha’s weight and gave it to him as a gift. Shri Krishna showed another instance of his divine kindness in this way.
Location
Dan Bihari Temple is about 600 meters from Shri Radha Rani Temple, which is about an 8 minutes walk.

Mor Kuti Barsana History
After the upper portion of Daan-Garh, close to Gehvar Van in Barsana, is where you’ll find Mor Kuti. Mor Kuti is also referred to as Mor Kutir. Here, a number of divine pastimes were performed. When asked about the story of this place, Pandit Ji mentioned that Radharani once gave the Maan Leela at Maangarh, which is located across from Morkuti. Krishna tried a number of different methods to break Shri Radha’s “maan,” but he was unsuccessful. Shri Krishn gave a dance performance in the form of a peacock to please Shri Radha Rani after failing to calm Shri Radha’s maan, and Shri Radharani broke her “maan” in the process. Hence, this place is called Mor Kuti thereafter. Mor Kuti is opposite Maan Mandir.

Radha Kushal Bihari Temple History
This temple was built by a Rajasthani king who had a strong devotion to Shri Barsana Dham. The architecture of the temple is very similar to that of a fort that you may see in Rajasthan. He made the decision to construct the Shri Laadli Laal temple. He also desired to move the lovely Shri Laadli Laal deity, who is currently housed in the Shri Radharani temple in Barsana, to the new temple once it had been built. He constructed tiny rooms for himself, his family, and ministers all around the deity. When it was finished, the gods from the nearby small temple were brought here for the purpose of installation.
However, Shri Radharani visited the King in a dream the night before the installation and informed him that “the place where the little temple is situated, that is my home, and not this.” The King thus replaced the small temple with a larger structure. The king wasn’t upset or impatient. He understood it to be Shri Radharani’s grace. So Shri Radharani and Shri Krishn remain in their current residence.
These divine places are all nearby. Mor Kuti to Shri Radha Kushal Bihari Temple is 450 meters away, a 6-minute walk. And 8 minutes of walking to Shri Radha Rani Mandir.
